Game Boy Advance SP is the remarkable new redesign of the wildly popular Game Boy Advance. The SP systems innovative illumination feature and sleek flip-screen design make it the most stylish and compact Game Boy system ever. Shaped like a cosmetics compact, the SP has a 2.4- by 1.6-inch unfolding screen built into its lid. It folds into a 3-inch square thats only about an inch thick - nearly half the size of earlier units. Great for travel and easy to store, the SP is the most portable Game Boy system yet. Building on the significant improvements and refinements introduced in the current Game Boy Advance, the SP features a revolutionary Front Light Screen that makes game play comfortable in any lighting condition
All current and future Game Boy Advance games are compatible with this new system. Game Boy Advance SP is backward compatible, allowing for use with virtually all games and accessories previously released for Game Boy. Measures approximately 3" x 3" x 1".
