Please allow a 5-8% variance in titles, although we have thousands and thousands of games instock, we do run out of a few titles here and there. Don't worry when/if we have to subtitute a title here or there, we'll make sure it's as good as and in most cases, better than the title it's replacing. We'll often throw in a couple extra games if we have to substitute titles.
The most common question we get on our used games after people receive them is "Are these new?" - they look that good! No, we don't expect you to take our word for it, but we've been buying/selling used video games since 1989, look at our feedback and also under eBay seller "bregamesmmcm3" - if we weren't doing something right, we probably wouldn't have lasted 20 years in business.

We're doing too many of these wholesale packages to take pictures of every one, it just slows down the process... Yes, we know you don't want a lot of sports games, they are a dime a dozen, but we include some here and there to keep the average price of the entire lot lower. USED games and DVDs have a 90 day warranty against defects and are offered in various configurations. USED systems and accessories have a 30 day warranty again defects. It is the customer's/buyer's responsibility to return defective items for replacement. See above description for specific details.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to unconfirmed PayPal address when payment is made by PayPal. If this item can not be shipped to your confirmed PayPal address or the billing address on your credit card, please submit payment by Cashier's Check or Money Order.
For slowest processing of your order, please scribble your name and part of your address on a money order, fold it several times in a small square, put it in an envelope without a stamp or return address, put it in a mailbox and pray that the mailman returns it to you.

Our online checkout system AUTOMATICALLY discounts shipping charges when you complete the checkout process for more than one item.
After each auction closes, you'll receive a link to our Vendio online checkout system via E-Mail or see Checkout Button in "Preferred Checkout" section above. Wait until all of the auctions close, click on the link in the E-Mail for the last item and you'll be able to complete the checkout process for all items at once and shipping charges will automatically be combined and discounted. To have your multiple transactions processed together to receive the combined shipping discount, you MUST COMPLETE THE VENDIO CHECKOUT - this is different than the eBay/PayPal checkout system. You can use any payment method (including PayPal) after completing the Vendio checkout process.
With all of the various items we sell, shipping options, etc there's no way to give you a shipping quote, but when you complete our online checkout for multiple items, you'll automatically receive a shipping discount. If you do not complete the Vendio Checkout process, you will not be able to receive combined/discounted shipping.
We ship all items to continental United States addresses and most to APO, FPO, Puerto Rico and Guam addresses. Heavy and high value items are not shipped by USPS. Additional charges will apply to ship via UPS to Alaska and Hawaii.
We ship most small/lightweight items internationally. If there is an "International Shipping" option and price listed above, we will ship this item to a non-US address. If there IS NOT an "International Shipping" option listed above, we WILL NOT ship this item to an address outside the US.
We DO NOT disclose the RESERVE PRICES for our auctions - this is part of the fun of auctions! We do not close auctions early. If there is a "Buy It Now" price listed for this item, you can BUY IT NOW for that price.
Most orders will be processed within 1 - 3 business days (not counting weekends or holidays). You will receive a shipping notification by e-mail when your order is shipped. The transit time for shipping will depend on the shipping method you select during checkout.
Non-defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price (shipping charges are not refundable). We do not exchange returned items for alternate titles. If you wish to order a different item, please do so directly through our online listings.
Damaged or defective items may be returned within 90 days (30 days for video game consoles and accessories) and will be replaced with another copy of the same item.
